Frequently asked questions
Straight answers: what it does, where it runs, what it costs.
What Feathergrid is
Feathergrid is a US-based, woman-owned software platform that connects the apps and systems a business already runs, and its sensors if it has them, finds what's related across them, and tells the right person what it means and what to do next, with every decision kept in a tamper-evident record anchored across Azure and AWS. Routine steps run on rules you set. Big calls wait for a person.
Traditional platforms stop at a dashboard. Feathergrid connects what's happening across your systems and sites, tells your team what needs attention and why, recommends the next move, and records who decided what in a tamper-evident record.
Feathergrid uses AI to find what's related and recommend what to do next. It isn't a model provider or an AI development environment. It answers from your data by looking it up (retrieval), not by training on it. Your data is processed in the US and never used to train AI models.
Any operation with more than one thing to watch. The same platform fits restaurants and food service, agriculture, logistics, clinics, field equipment and multi-site businesses.

Where it runs and what it connects to
No. Feathergrid's connectors are built to work with APIs, so it connects to the apps, systems and feeds you already run, and sensors if you have them: it pulls from them, receives what they push, or streams. Nothing changes in your existing systems.
Feathergrid runs on Microsoft Azure and AWS, in the United States. AWS holds only the fingerprints that anchor the tamper-evident record, never your data. Enterprise customers can also run Feathergrid in their own cloud tenancy.
Yes, for enterprise customers. Connectors are built for your APIs: data lakes and warehouses, CRMs and applications. Tell us what you run when you request access.
As fast as your sources report. Feathergrid handles each reading as it arrives and alerts the right people within seconds, by email or text.
Yes. Each system in Feathergrid can have faceted categories, so alerts roll up into a parent category or focus area. A restaurant, for example, can see one health score made of Ambiance, Quality and Service, with each alert under the area it affects.
Security and the record
Feathergrid's keys are held in Azure Key Vault hardware security modules validated to FIPS 140-3 Level 2. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Yes, the data from the sources you connect, so you can see history, timelines and trends. It's stored in the United States, encrypted, kept separate for each organization, and never used to train AI models. You can ask us to export or delete it.
Yes. Every recommendation, approval and action goes into a tamper-evident record, anchored across Azure and AWS, on every plan.
All data is processed and stored in the United States. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, kept separate for each organization, and never used to train AI models.
A disagreement between the two clouds triggers an automatic alert. If the record and the ledger are in conflict, Feathergrid triggers a rollback to the backup database.
Not today. Our founder has taken architectures through HIPAA and FedRAMP High audits.
Pricing and getting started
Per site, per month. List prices are $249 (Site), $199 per site (Multi-site, 2 to 20 sites) and $149 per site (Network, 21 or more). During the beta, founding customers pay 40% less: $149, $119 and $89. Annual billing includes one month free.
The first 25 organizations get 40% off list prices, locked for 12 months from their start date, with every feature in their plan.
No. Feathergrid connects to what you already have. If you're starting from nothing, opt into our starter sensor pack: we ship it ready to connect.
Any operation you run: a location, a fleet, a production line, a warehouse, a team's operation. Its data sources, people and alerts are included. Your regions, teams and the people in them don't cost extra.
Request beta access from any page. We'll confirm your fit and send your organization a beta key. Larger teams start with a pilot in 4 to 8 weeks, scoped against their own systems.
