Why we built it

Feathergrid is a US-based, woman-owned software platform that connects the apps and systems a business already runs, and its sensors if it has them, finds what's related across them, and tells the right person what it means and what to do next, with every decision kept in a tamper-evident record anchored across Azure and AWS.
Most platforms made the same bet: bring your data to us, learn our system, sign the long contract. And most still stop at the chart. Someone has to read it and decide what to do.
We made a different bet. Your systems stay where they are. Feathergrid's connectors are built to work with APIs, so it connects to what you already run, finds what's related, and tells the right person the next move, with its reasons. Routine steps run on rules you set. Big calls wait for a person. One switch stops everything.
No migration. No long implementation before you see a result.
Who's behind it
Founded by Andrea Garrymore.
Andrea Garrymore is Feathergrid's founder and CTO. Feathergrid takes on the problems Andrea has seen throughout a career as a technologist and innovator, in companies large and small, across payments, financial services, healthcare and telecommunications. Before Feathergrid, Andrea was CTO of a payments and FinTech platform provider, leading a global technology organization of more than 200 people.
Andrea has taken architectures through HIPAA and FedRAMP High audits and led engineering through PCI DSS and SOC 2 audits. Feathergrid is a US-based, woman-owned small business.

Azure and AWS, in the United States.
Your data is processed in the US and never used to train AI models. Enterprise customers can also run Feathergrid in their own cloud.
Microsoft Azure Ready
Runs the application and your data. Keys are held in Azure Key Vault hardware security modules.
Amazon Web Services Ready
Holds only the fingerprints that anchor the tamper-evident record. Never your data.
Edge Ready
Sensor data is collected at the edge through a gateway, and correlation and dispatch can run on-site.
