Careers

Build something that matters. Keep your life.

We build the platform that tells operators their next move. We also believe that the best work comes from people who have a full life outside of it — and we have built the company to reflect that, not just say it.

How we work

Work-life balance isn't a talking point here. It's a rule.

Most companies say they value balance. Then they schedule a 6 PM all-hands, reward the person who answers Slack at midnight, and wonder why people burn out. We have made different choices — deliberately, structurally, and without apology.

01

Work-life balance is a policy, not a perk.

We mean it when we say we respect your time outside of work. No Slack pings at 10pm. No "quick calls" on Fridays. No guilt about taking your full vacation. We track outcomes, not hours — and we have never once confused the two.

02

Async by default, synchronous by choice.

Most decisions happen in writing, on your schedule. Meetings exist to align, not to perform. If something can be a document, it is a document. Your deep work time is protected.

03

Small team, real ownership.

You will not be a ticket in a queue. Every person here owns a meaningful slice of the product and has a direct line to the decisions that shape it. We hire people we trust, then we trust them.

04

No performance theatre.

We do not do stack rankings, forced curves, or annual reviews that exist to justify a number someone already decided. Feedback is continuous, honest, and two-directional. Growth is real, not a slide deck.

05

Sustainable pace is a technical decision.

Burned-out engineers write brittle code. Rushed architects make expensive mistakes. We build at a pace that lets people think clearly — because the systems we build demand it.

Open roles

Two positions. Real ownership. No bureaucracy.

We are a small team building something technically serious. Every role here has direct impact on the product and the company. We are not hiring to fill a headcount — we are hiring people we will still want to work with in five years.

Product Owner

Full-time · Remote

Own the roadmap for the platform that tells operators their next move. You will work directly with customers, turn operational needs into product decisions, and keep the team building the right things in the right order.

What you will do

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog with engineering and customers
  • Own the "why" behind every sprint, from connecting a new source to the next move it produces
  • Turn complex operational and multi-cloud requirements into clear, buildable stories
  • Measure outcomes, not output, and hold the team to the same standard

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years in a product ownership or product management role for a technical B2B product
  • Comfortable reading architecture diagrams and asking hard questions about them
  • Experience with data infrastructure, observability, or operations tooling is a strong plus
  • Exceptional written communication — you will be async-first

Senior Developer

Full-time · Remote

Build the core of the Feathergrid platform: connecting the systems customers already run, finding what's related across them, and the interfaces that make a recommendation clear to the person who acts on it.

What you will do

  • Design and build high-throughput ingestion and correlation pipelines
  • Build and maintain the rules and approval engine behind every next move
  • Contribute to the multi-cloud deployment infrastructure (Docker, Terraform) on Azure and AWS
  • Write code that runs at the edge as well as in the cloud. Reliability is not optional.

What we are looking for

  • 6+ years of backend or full-stack engineering with a strong systems instinct
  • Production experience with event-driven architectures, streaming data, or real-time systems
  • Comfortable with TypeScript/Node.js; experience with Go or Rust is a plus
  • You care about correctness, observability, and the people who will be on-call for your code
